Explicit Consent
This text covers announcement notifications only. You can withdraw at any time from your profile screen.
1. What You Are Consenting To
By this text you give your explicit consent to receiving announcement and promotional notifications from tokatlama.space. These cover things like a new character or weapon being added, a new feature arriving, or the daily leaderboard being about to reset.
You do not have to give this consent. You can leave the box on the sign-up screen empty; your account is still created and you use the whole game exactly as before. If you change your mind later, one tap on your profile screen gives it.
Your consent covers only notifications of that kind. Messages that are part of how the service works - an answer to your duel, or a necessary notice about your account - do not depend on this consent; those are sent on the basis of performance of the contract.
The personal data processed on the basis of this consent is the account identifier needed to deliver the message and, if you have separately allowed phone notifications, your browser's notification endpoint.
2. Withdrawing Your Consent
You can withdraw at any time, without giving a reason. On your profile screen, the line saying announcement notifications are on carries a "turn off" link next to it; tapping it is enough. It takes effect immediately and no further announcement is sent.
Withdrawing does not affect your account. It stays open, and you carry on playing the whole game, saving characters, starting groups, duelling and appearing on the leaderboards exactly as before.
You can also withdraw by writing to admin@tokatlama.space.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
3. Further Information
Which personal data are processed, for which purposes and on which legal bases is set out in full in the Privacy Notice. This consent text does not replace it and should be read alongside it.
The permission you give for cookies and visit statistics is not the subject of this text. That one is asked for by the cookie bar on your first visit; afterwards it can be changed or withdrawn from the "Cookie preferences" row in the "About the Game" panel.
