Account Deletion
How to delete your tokatlama.space account and everything attached to it, what is deleted and what is kept.
1. Deleting from inside the app
Open the game and go to the Profile tab in the bottom bar.
Tap the "Delete my account" link at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm by typing your username in the box that appears. Your account and data are deleted at that moment.
2. What is deleted
Account details: your e-mail address, display name, the hashed form of your password, and your creation and last sign-in dates.
Game data: your slap total, best combo, daily slap records, per-character hit counts and your streak.
Content you uploaded: the 3D model files, photos and sound recordings of your saved characters - both the database rows and the files themselves.
Groups you founded, their shared characters and files, and your membership of any group you joined.
Your duels and their results.
Your notification subscription and any notification sent only to you.
3. What is kept
No personal data belonging to your account is kept after deletion. Aggregate figures that cannot be linked to anyone - such as the site-wide slap counter - are unaffected.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; there is no waiting period.
4. If you cannot reach your account
If you cannot sign in, write to admin@tokatlama.space from your account's e-mail address and we will delete the account and its data once the request is verified.
